Responsibilities
As a Test Lead, develop detailed mission outlines, traceability matrices, test procedures, certification letters, and test reports based on Net-Ready Key Performance Parameters (NR-KPP), Assessment, and Conformance testing requirements. Thoroughly review the Information Support Plan (ISP), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Tactics, Techniques, and Plans (TTP), Implementation, and Request For Exemption (RFE) on each System Under Test (SUT)scheduled to partake in a Joint Interoperability Test.
Manage DISA Configuration Control Board (CCB) Interface Change Proposals (ICP) affecting MIL-STDs 3011, 6011, 6016 and 6020. Review newly released ICPs in determining the impact on developed JITC TDL Master Test Procedures (MTP). Discuss findings with superiors and provide suggestions for adjusting the applicable MTP.
Assigned temporary contract to perform as the Lead Test Engineer on the JITC Web-Based ATC-Gen LINK-16 conformance test tool in accordance with MIL-STD 6016. Create test procedures based on developed test cases, perform thorough verification/validation testing, and collaborate with developers to improve functionality and capability through Agile Testing.
Data Link Systems and Test Tools utilized: Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI) V.15, Joint Range Extension Server (JRE), Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS), Joint Interoperability Modular System (JIMES), Network System Integration and Test Environment (NSITE), Data Link Message Conversion/Reduction (DLMC/R), Tactical Data Link Integration Exerciser (TIGER), and Automatic Test Case-Generator (ATC-Gen).
Qualifications

Your Impact
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer - Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic
sales team. In this role, you will drive the adoption of our AI infrastructure solutions across various industries. You will identify potential clients, understand their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. This position requires a deep understanding of AI infrastructure technologies and experience in conveying technical concepts to a diverse audience.
You will build awareness, foster education, and drive enthusiasm for AI among internal team members, external partners, and other stakeholders. You will serve as a crucial link between technical teams, account teams, executives, and partners/customers. Additionally, you will showcase Cisco AI infrastructure solutions, highlighting their potential and promoting their tactical and technical benefits. You will play a vital role in the design, development, and promotion of AI solutions, addressing any challenges that arise. Travel will be required as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Minimum Qualifications
* 4+ years of technical pre-sales experience selling compute, storage, and network solutions or similar cloud-based AI infrastructure.
* Understanding and experience with AI/ML (Transformers, Deep Neural Networks, Reinforcement learning, ETL, Data Engineering, Data Processing PyTorch, Model Operations, AI Frameworks e.g. Langchain or similar)
* Understanding of hardware accelerators like GPUs and DPUs, including how they are utilized and sized to scale AI infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging workshops on AI topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, customer engagement and advocacy.
* Experience with AI solutions from vendors such as Nvidia, AMD, Intel, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Dell, HPE, and other AI vendors.
* In-depth understanding of language models, including but not limited to GPT-3, LLaMA, BERT, or similar architectures.
* Experience in deploying large language models (LLMs) from Hugging Face in training, fine-tuning and distributed inferencing environments.
* Familiarity with popular AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
* Experience with popular databases like Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB. AI vector databases like Chroma and AI data platforms like VAST
* Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) for scalable and efficient model deployment.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $257,800.00 to $325,400.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Description
Supervise, provide technical guidance, interpret, manage projects/tasks and/or participate in activities to maintain operational performance and support projects with focus on Tailings and Crushed Leach facilities. Activities include inspection, measurement, interpretation, analysis, coordination, problem solving, forecasting, reporting, and may include project design support. Review and improve the performance of existing tailings, crushed leach, and water management systems.
* Supervise, guide and participate in activities to maintain performance of tailings, crushed leach, and water dam facilities through inspection, measurement, data management, interpretation, analysis, coordination, problem solving and reporting.
* Review, improve, and apply tailings and water management systems and associated procedures for assigned facilities to achieve good practice.
* Provide guidance and instruction to multidisciplinary teams; assign tasks as necessary. Review reports for design and operations projects and provide recommendations to site team and to project consultants.
* Collaborate to continuously ensure good performance of tailings, crushed leach, and water management areas and to identify and implement associated improvements. This includes engaging the Engineer of Record in the design and operations of the facilities. Serve as point of contact with corporate engineers and management, including tracking all recommendations, ensuring compliance with those recommendations, reporting actions regularly, as well as communicate accurate, timely and relevant geotechnical information to the Site management team.
* Supervise or may serve as Project Manager or technical expert on large/complex site planning/construction, expansion or modifications.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related Engineering discipline from an accredited curriculum, with courses in Soil Mechanics and five (5) years of experience in Engineering or related scientific field, OR
* Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related Engineering discipline from an accredited curriculum, with courses in Soil Mechanics and three (3) years of experience in Engineering or related scientific field

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Permitting Engineer to manage complex permitting strategies for a large-scale mine development and construction projects. This role focuses on securing necessary environmental and construction permits from county, state, and federal regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory processes and a proven track record of successfully navigating complex compliance requirements to meet project timelines.
The position is located on-site at the Copper World Project, approximately 30 minutes south of Tucson.
Roll Accountabilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive permitting strategies across multiple project phases, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., State of Arizona environmental permits, local zoning/building codes, CWA, CAA, RCRA, NPDES, APP, drinking water, etc.).
Supports the project/operation by leading and working as a member of the team in the development of environmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Best Management Practices (BMP).
Review project plans and drawings to ensure they are accurate, complete, and code-compliant before submission.
Serve as a point of contact with regulatory agencies, including but not limited to the EPA, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Arizona Departments of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Arizona DOT, and County Planning/Building Departments.
Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of permit applications for various land-use and construction permits.
