SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
This position serves as support for operations on the jobs in which they are involved. Responsibilities range from participation in initial project set up and buyout, cost spread/estimate familiarity, job quantity tracking, on-site daily activity involvement, concrete material tracking, equipment and manpower productivity tracking, invoice approval, extra work ticket tracking, participation in job cost reporting, project safety compliance, quality control compliance, production analysis/tracking.
This position will require travel to jobsites, 50% travel is likely.

Global Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Deliver maximum server fleet up-time and utilization rates, by leveraging data to understand hardware failure conditions and root cause. Identify trends and systemic issues in the fleet and drive resolution

5. Write and review code, develop documentation, and debug the hardest problems, live, on some of the largest and most complex systems in the world

+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

* Review Project Data (Specifications, BOQ, Q&A,… & Drawings) and issue the relevant RFI's in case of contradiction / missing data using BIM model if applicable
* Submit, review, and follow up on the electrical shop drawing and as-built drawings to determine conformance with contract documents
* Collaborate with project team to complete requests for information (RFI)
* Research and analyze customer design proposals specification, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
* Study and verify Engineering Site Instructions through the BIM models
* Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks
* Attend regular project meetings
* Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and technical issues as they arise
* Review submittals and other project documents for accuracy against plans and specifications
* Monitor material and equipment delivery status
* Understand and assist with project schedule management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education/Experience . Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred will consider candidates suitable combination of engineering education and project management experience of its equal. Two to five years' experience working within a manufacturing industry preferred with a strong background in any or all the following: plastic injection molding, mold building or mold design. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to trouble shoot mold performance issues.
