it is a bad place to work little children on the floor crying literally to the plant manager that people are talking about me she has only been at epc for maybe 3 months and she has all the big wigs believing her cause she has high anxiety she is a ex drug addict and a ex alcholic she says! i caught her after work one day buying a case of beer told by the owners there she drinks every night so me and 2 other people got fired because of her and we could not tell our side of the story she even had a 66 year old man believing her he lied about supposedely that i said stuff about her it is so stupid i was a hard worker she runs the place now for i was not going to let them fire me i got up and said this is bullshit and walked out epc can really stress you out with the little children there it is ridiculous how they run that place

we have a girl on the floor that has toureets and othe mental issues she is on no medication but she can say nad do anything she wants to on the floor she is mean and manuplutive irratating but our plant manager and our hr lady they do not want to hear it so in the mean time in makes it hard to work with her on the floor she needs to be medicated its causing alot of drama on the floor so we have to ignore her that is what they told us to do it is very clicky at epc shut your mouth and do your job ugh

i would do more drug testing which they only did one person i would take the people with special needs and make sure they have the medication they need so they do not cause alot of drama on the floor stop the immature people constantly coming in the office and acting like high kids make vacation better give two weeks of vacation right away instead of the old ways of 2. hours of vacation on your pay check every two weeks this is why their loosing people
