Assist the grounds department in the care of parking lot, sidewalks and the grounds in general, including snow removal in Winter months and shrub care during summer months. Requirements Understand, transmit and follow simple oral and/or written instructions and perform simple arithmetic calculations. Must possess some basic technical knowledge normally acquired in up to six months of vocational training. Requires up to one year of on-the-job training. Concentrate on details such as measuring ingredients, testing, setting and monitoring gauges and maintaining logs. Responsibility for materials and equipment. Probable cost in case of improper or careless handling of materials and/or equipment would be moderate.
