The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and on schedule and administrative duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for all information in the supervisor folder
Travels to jobsites
Recommends and/or analyzes material, equipment, and practices used in the project
Collaborates to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the job

Supports on-site Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative/field tasks
Updates all logs including change order, gravel and concrete logs
Performs all activities required in the change order
Assists with closeouts goals, problem solving, logistical needs, and resource planning
Creates comparison worksheets and gathers material quotes
Tracks and invoices specialty equipment to appropriate cost code
Accurately codes project invoices
Assists Superintendent obtain all required documentation including certificates, lien wavers, disclaimers, warrantees, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned/needed up to and including all laborer duties

Position Summary
Under general supervision, inspects and records readings of chillers, heating and cooling pumps, air handling units and pneumatic control panels. Performs maintenance repairs as needed, primarily during periods when the maintenance department is closed.
Responsibilities
Maintain a log at the beginning of the shift and perform equipment inspections during the shift.
Maintain chemical feed systems and adds chemicals as directed by the engineer on duty.
Clean boiler, boiler room and equipment room and performs related custodial and cleaning duties as necessary.

Clean and/or replaced filter material for air and water supply systems.

Understand, transmit and follow simple oral and/or written instructions and perform simple arithmetic calculations. Must possess some basic technical knowledge normally acquired in up to six months of vocational training.

Concentrate on details such as measuring ingredients, testing, setting and monitoring gauges and maintaining logs.
Responsibility for materials and equipment. Probable cost in case of improper or careless handling of materials and/or equipment would be moderate.

The Intern role is an introduction into the world of forensic and consulting engineering. The Intern will experience all facets of forensic engineering consulting including, but not limited to, technical research, report writing, site inspections and test projects. Position Summary
Under general supervision, inspects and records readings of chillers, heating and cooling pumps, air handling units and pneumatic control panels. Performs maintenance repairs as needed, primarily during periods when the maintenance department is closed.
