MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringor related field; AND
* 3 years of experience in Civil Engineeringor similar field.

* Possession of a valid Oregon' Driver's license with a good driving record.

* Must obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months after hire.
