Project Management:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Technical Implementation and Support:
Design and implement technical solutions such as network configurations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity measures, and software installations.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in the selection and implementation of IT systems and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the project.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Responsibilities
POSITION OUTLINE: The objective of the Engineering Intern is to prepare for the construction industry. This is accomplished through field and office experiences working alongside Civil, Mechanical and Environmental Engineers in a dynamic hands-on program.
Safety:
Assist and prepare in giving Tool Box Safety Talks, Daily Safety Huddles, and maintain records
Assist in Miss Utility requests to ensure no utilities are damaged during construction activities
Maintain the Project Safety Manual, make periodic jobsite safety inspections, and record file all findings
Payments:
Perform daily Quantity Review with the Project Engineer, the Superintendent, and the Job Foreman
Enter daily quantities into internal systems and file daily sheets
Track completion of work on project plans
Perform monthly review of estimates with Project Engineers and Project Managers
Daily Logs:
Maintain the general correspondence file with correspondence logs
Maintain Shop drawing logs
Maintain subcontractor daily logs
Maintain delivery logs
Certified Payroll, EEO, Trainee Reports:
Track all subcontractors that worked on the project for the month, utilizing the Subcontractor daily log.
Enter and review daily payroll information by specific tasks, and assist in productivity tracking
Miscellaneous:
Maintain Job Records
Track Job Codes using Phase Code System
Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFI's) to the owner
Assist in the purchase of job materials to ensure the proper quantities are delivered
Assist in estimating additional work
Review project plans and assist in ensuring work is in compliance with project documents
Assist in developing project look-ahead schedules
Qualifications
To Qualify for Internship:
Enrolled in Civil Engineering or Construction Management program
Interest in heavy construction such as site-work, roads, or environmental
Locations: Falls Church, VA
Compensation: $18-20/hour

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Work with a Senior Engineer to setup/upgrade existing data collection systems hardware and software for fan structure stress test (strain gauges), or fan airflow and static measurements, and other specialized tests.
Work with lab technicians to setup data acquisition system hardware, instrument sensors, control panels, and customized software interface
Document instruments/hardware setting parameters
Write up SOP of preparing the test and running the test with the system and software interface
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Experience in electro-mechanical systems configuring and operating
Experience in lab testing processes including instrumentation, measurement, and data analysis techniques
Demonstrated skills in technical writing & capability with MS office, AutoCAD/Inventor
BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
