Their teams are made up of mechanical and biomechanical licensed engineers that reconstruct complex motor vehicle collisions. The Project Manager's play a critical role serving as project leads in conducting fieldwork and performing analysis using the latest technologies in 3D scanning and computer simulations supported by our internal digital media team. Job Summary
Flintco Field Engineers are responsible for assisting Project Manager and Superintendent by performing specifically delegated administrative and technical work assignments. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence. Update project logs and databases to track project progress and changes. Assist Project Manager in reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders to assure that the scope of work is accurate and complete; that all the necessary provisions are included; and that the contract amounts are correct. Assist Superintendent with Safety inspections, Pre-Task Planning, orientations punch-list items, inspections, material handling, writing RFI's, and quality review on the project site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
All duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Receive, evaluate and disseminate correspondence, directives, questions, clarifications, and other information between Owner, Architect, Subcontractors, and Suppliers, to ensure the timely response of requested information, and changes and directives are being acted upon by all participants.
Assist in maintaining project files and documentation, including transmittals, telephone conversations, submittals, letters, etc., assuring that project documentation is organized and complete so that a clear and accurate history of the project is maintained.
Assist in tracking Subcontractor/Supplier and company self-performed work, to provide justification for billing.
Assist Superintendent with material handling and logistics on site.
Provide support on field items such as inspections, quality review, punch list items, housekeeping, and safety activities to include but not limited to reviewing trade partner pre-task plans. (PTP's)
Support the survey and layout teams on projects (i.e. establishing grid lines/elevcation controls, identifying control points, etc)
When directed, expedite and obtain all necessary permits (building, occupancy, etc.), all record documents (i.e. as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, warranties, etc.) are received in a timely manner so as to not delay construction progress or payments.
Perform additional duties as assigned and directed by a supervisor or other authorized person.

About the Role:

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior MRO Value Engineer - Welding, you will be part of a team that is focused on proactively identify manufacturing challenges impacting SQDC in the GE Aerospace MRO network and solving those issues with a combination of individual process expertise, baselining shop practices, and FLIGHT DECK tools. Some specifics will include:
Safety: Executes special process auditing of GE MRO network based on the GE Aerospace 259.08 quality requirements. The team will participate in monthly audits around our global component repair network and ensure corrective actions are read across to the full network.
Quality: The team will collaborate with different repair shops and HQ to ensure that newly developed repairs are industrialized properly, ensuring that quality, delivery, and cost metrics are met before a new repair is deployed.
Delivery: The team will collaborate with repair shops to identify, and problem solve for constraints to achieve a 30-day repair TAT with 100% FTY (first time yield). Examples include identifying technical process improvements, justifying capex spending, and rightsizing demand/equipment capacity to the demand.
Cost: The team will drive productivity improvements in the network by understanding best practices in the network and deploying globally.
Other responsibilities include:
Gaining awareness in latest welding technical developments, including CMT and Laser Welding, and being one the primary on-the-ground focal to support implementation in the network.
Driving standardization in weld repairs across the network but collaborating with existing repair stations on current practices and synthesizing them into the “best known way”.
Ensure that products and services perform according to quality standards and that manufacturing processes are capable and qualified.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Summary of Role & Responsibilities
The IT Operations/Infrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible for:
Own application operations for our software for hosted customers: installs, upgrades, configuration, and break/fix.
Design and scale environments: help evolve our hosted architecture to support growth, performance, and resilience; contribute innovative ideas to simplify operations and improve scalability.
Troubleshoot end-to-end: Windows Server, SQL, IIS, event logs, TLS/certificates, DNS, firewalls, networking, and app-level logs.
Administer SQL Server: backup/restore, performance tuning, security, and maintenance jobs.
Deploy & release: plan and execute customer rollouts; script repeatable installs with PowerShell/Ansible; validate, and document changes.
Monitor & improve reliability: build dashboards/alerts, capacity plans, and runbooks; drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
Customer engineering: join escalations from Support, engage on calls, and write clear KBs/postmortems.
Security & compliance: manage least-privilege access, patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate lifecycle.
Network & firewall support: VPNs, site-to-site tunnels, NAT, ACLs, WAF/load balancers; packet capture and analysis when needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Developers to reproduce issues, interpret stack traces, validate fixes, and improve observability.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal person for this role will have demonstrated the following abilities and traits:
Required Qualifications
5+ years administering Windows Server in production (AD/Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Windows services, Task Scheduler, PerfMon/Event Viewer).
Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, performance tuning, backups/restore, HA/DR concepts, security/roles).
Networking & firewalls fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting/VLANs, VPN (IPsec/SSL), NAT, routing basics, TLS/PKI, and practical firewall rule management.
Scripting/automation with PowerShell or Ansible and comfort with CLI tools.
Production troubleshooting mindset: hypothesis-driven debugging, clear incident communication, and bias for action.
Customer empathy and excellent written/verbal communication; ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
Willingness to work off-hours for scheduled maintenance windows.
Other Skills
Public Cloud Operations (Azure preferred): compute, storage, networking, monitor/log analytics.
Observability: experience with DataDog, Grafana, Zabbix, Windows Event Forwarding, Sysmon, or similar monitoring and observability tools.
Web stack: IIS, URL rewrite, reverse proxying, load balancing, HTTP/HTTPS internals; tools like Fiddler/Postman/cURL/Wireshark.
Virtualization: Hyper-V/VMware/Nutanix; network, compute, storage performance basics.
Security: MFA/SSO (SAML/OIDC), ADFS/Entra ID, hardening/benchmarking (CIS), EDR/AV operations, Okta, Microsoft 365.
