401(k) retirement savings plan.
FSA and commuter benefits.
Subsidized lunch daily.
$140,000 - $240,000 a year
While this represents our expected range based on market data, final compensation will be determined based on your specific qualifications and may be outside this range. Please keep in mind that the equity portion of the offer is not included in this estimate.
As an equal opportunity employer, Until is committed to providing employment opportunities to all individuals. All applicants for positions at Until will be treated without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.

About Droyd
Droyd builds autonomous robotic systems to automate manual work for enterprises. We design the hardware, write the control stack, and deploy robots that operate in real environments.
If we do this right, robots stop being prototypes and start being infrastructure.
Join us and help build hardware that ships.

You're fluent in PyTorch and comfortable working on distributed cloud setups, like multi‑node, multi‑GPU. Bonus if you've explored model compilation, acceleration, distillation.
You're pragmatic about DevOps, maybe not a full‑time SWE, but you know your way around k8s, SLURM, or similar infra when needed.
You're energized by uncharted problems and motivated to define new best practices in training world models for the physical microcosm.
You have a sense of relentless urgency and are a natural collaborator who values team success.
You want to work within a well‑funded, bold, talent‑dense organization to do your best work and focus on transformational impact against some of the world's hardest technical problems.
