Skills: Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to identify and resolve technical and operational problems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Basic to intermediate proficiency with CAD and 3D models Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interfacing with other departments, all levels of organization, suppliers and contractors Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Associates degree from a Technical Trade School preferred Solder Application Specialist certification preferred ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Manufacturing / Non-Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
