As a Summer Intern, you can expect your experience to include the following: * Collaborate closely with people managers, project managers, engineers, scientists, and multidisciplinary teams to support projects in water, wastewater, drinking water, environmental engineering, design, sustainability, climate mitigation, and more. * Assist in the preparation of technical deliverables including but not limited to calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and memoranda. * Potential to participate in field work and site visits to support project design, construction, and data collection activities. * Perform data entry, analysis, and visualization to support engineering and scientific evaluations. * Ensure quality and accuracy by adhering to Brown and Caldwell's QA/QC processes and standards. * Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to coordinate project tasks and deliverables. * Support engineering services during construction by reviewing submittals, conducting inspections, and verifying conformance with plans and specifications. * Manage and deliver assignments on time, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. * Complete an Internship Capstone project demonstrating skill development, learning, and accomplishments gained during the summer internship experience. Work schedule and location: Summer Interns with Brown and Caldwell work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week and may have the potential for hybrid work schedules and fieldwork Desired Skills and Experience: What Must Our Candidate Have?
