Working Knowledge of: * Metal component fabrication including, slitting, stamping, laser cutting, forming, turning, welding, and machining * Metal finishing operations including, bulk cleaning, vibratory finishing, electroplating, conversion coating, and powder coat application * Lean assembly techniques * Hands on Quality Measurement Techniques for SPC * Solid mechanical aptitude * Ability to communicate and work with people at all levels of the office and factory floor * An understanding of industrial controls such as PLCs, relay logic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems a plus Required Qualifications * Education - Bachelor's Degree in a Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Discipline or an Associate Engineering Degree with Tool and Fixture design experience.
