Purpose and Scope
The Project Engineer II serves as a key resource in developing and managing the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for small to medium site capital projects (CAPEX) involving facility and utility projects.

Plan and formulate engineering projects and organize activities according to project requirements.

Education & Experience
BS in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Construction Management preferred) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Five or more years' experience in an engineering position to include experience with project engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment, and hands-on or technical training in the field of facilities engineering.
An understanding of pharmaceutical (cGMP's) or related manufacturing facilities and utilities, technologies, and documentation requirements preferred.

General Position Description
The Project Engineer works with the Project Team and our Field Management to construct a safe and quality project, while beating the estimate budgets, improving the total Operating Profit margin over the original bid, and building a strong customer relationship.
This position is responsible for subcontractor management, submittals, buyout, great client relations and cost estimation.
Responsibilities
Complies with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevates non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
Supports the Quality personnel and the project through the use of the Quality Management System.
Develops various construction means and methods with the Superintendent and/or Project Manager to optimize safety, cost, equipment utilization, schedule efficiency, and communication with the client.
Manages/reviews all foremen's reports daily to ensure all information is properly recorded before any income, cost, or inventory entry.
Monitors material yields and modifies operations to minimize waste.

About the Role
We are seeking an Information Security Engineering Intern who will be responsible for helping the team build out an open-source (OSINT) threat intelligence platform for Capella. About the Role
Launch Legends, together with its subsidiary Legendary IP LLC, is seeking a Patent Engineer specializing in blockchain, post quantum cryptography, AI/ML systems, secure kernel architectures, encrypted execution, and high-performance compute to support Autheo's advanced research pipeline. You will document innovations involving encrypted kernels, DAG schedulers, AI inference at scale, FHE/zk acceleration, GPU pipelines, and decentralized compute fabrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture and document innovations from Platform, VM, and Runtime Engineering teams.
• Draft invention disclosures for encrypted kernels, zero-knowledge execution, homomorphic compute, and AI-accelerated decentralized systems.
• Produce architectural diagrams, timing diagrams, execution flows, and ML model workflow visuals.
• Write clear technical abstracts and system explanations for provisional filings.
• Validate technical accuracy with senior kernel, AI, and runtime engineers.
