Position Overview
The PPC & SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing
paid search campaigns while simultaneously managing search engine optimization

Key Responsibilities
Paid Search (PPC)
Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, quality score, and CPC efficiency.
Create compelling ad copy aligned with brand tone and product offerings.
Monitor daily budget pacing, bids, performance trends, and reporting.
Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to promote key tire lines or seasonal campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages.
Support creation of high-value content including product guides, tire education articles, and service pages.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.
Monitor domain authority, backlink profile, indexing issues, and site health.
Track rankings, search visibility, traffic patterns, and keyword performance.
Ensure all SEO efforts support brand awareness and e-commerce or lead- generation objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards and performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools.
Analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and ROI trends.
Provide monthly insights and recommendations to leadership.
Continuously improve digital strategy based on data and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
(preferred).
2-3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC and SEO management.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, and keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with e-commerce or automotive/tire industry preferred but not required.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Who You Are & What You'll Do
For innovation, the Engineer will interact with skin cleansing product developers in addition to collaborating with Supply Chain to facilitate product scale-up. For capability work, global collaboration across the R&D and Supply Chain network will be key as capabilities need to be designed for Skin Cleansing. Lastly, for digital processing development, this position will require a data first mindset. The individual will need to collaborate with the global network of cross functional R&D colleagues and Supply Chain this high-quality data standard ensures relevant tools/models land with maximum value and utilization.
This individual will need to:
Advise on and support the process design and scale up of key innovations globally across internal and external manufacturers through the delivery of high-performance process specifications. This will be critical in delivering iTo back to the business by ensuring formulations can be delivered to market on time and in full with minimal post launch support or issue management. To upskill the skin cleansing community, and in time the entire R&D community, the candidate would champion a new, structured data workflow aimed at leveraging Design of Experiment principles for both formulation and process design. This work will quantify scale up risk for new innovations and therefore start to minimize the number of plant trials needed, while also ensuring robust formulation and processes land in our factories, ultimately improving their right first time. In a time where business needs and demands are extremely dynamic, systematic collaboration with x-functions to drive efficiencies across key core formulation development activities within the category will be critical. This will lead to more streamlined processes and unlock considerable capacity, allowing all to better meet the ever-changing demand. **Pay and Benefits:**
+ The salary range for this position is $ 116,000.00 - 155,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.

Responsibilities:
Provide machine shop support for junior and senior level classes as well as student projects and clubs.
Maintain the Maker Space and help students and researchers from across the University with their fabrication projects
Provide maintenance and support for teaching labs, including maintaining laboratory inventory, managing chemical waste disposal, end-of-year clean up and organization of labs, and maintenance of lab equipment
Provide in-house machining to fabricate test specimens used for materials labs
