Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Building Services Consultancy & Project Site Construction (Design & Build)
* Assist in managing the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
* Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
* Assist in developing suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
* Help prepare project budgeting and costing reports
* Assist in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
* Assist in the review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analysis & reporting, measurement etc
* Assist in reviewing sub-contractors claims and materials on site
* Help standardise all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Background in Infrastructure & Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Construction Management, Building and Project Management, Civil Engineering & Construction Management or equivalent
* Possess positive learning attitude and good interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate on work processes on a multi-disciplinary basis
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application
* Preferably conversant in using CostX and/or Glodon Cubicost measurement software
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered
