+ Capable of learning and maintaining ISO 9000 requirements

Scope of role
The Regal Rexnord IPS Engineering Internship Program is a fulltime, 10-week paid internship at our Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2026.
The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignments and to expose them to various groups across the Regal Rexnord Business. Responsibilities
Assess incoming customer opportunities for industrial powertrain systems and select the appropriate Regal Rexnord components for quoting
Reach out to various Regal Rexnord business teams to make the appropriate component selections for complex powertrain projects
Analyze customer requirement documents to ensure Regal Rexnord powertrain offering meets their needs.
Perform competitive interchanges of power transmission components to Regal Rexnord offerings to include in powertrain solutions.
Prepare solid model assemblies of Industrial Powertrains using SolidWorks
Work with Marketing to prepare solid model renderings of typical applications for literature
Work with large format 3D printer to print scale models of powertrain assemblies for trade shows
Assist production assemblers with putting together powertrain systems for customer orders
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a BSME, BSEE or similar technical major area of study.
GPA of 3.2 or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to take direction well and work independently
