The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for driving improvements across assigned value streams to meet Safety, Internal and External Quality, on-time delivery, lead time reduction, and Productivity. This role is a key part of the Value Stream leadership team, responsible for driving daily performance and leading data-driven, root-cause-based action plans to achieve breakthrough KPIs through LEAN (DBS) tools and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product engineering during design to ensure manufacturability and tooling readiness; align supply chain capabilities for successful new design launches. Develop and document manufacturing processes for new and updated products; coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and recommend equipment or tooling updates. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related Engineering field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis, functional dimensioning, and tolerance analysis.
