Reports To: Area Manager or Senior Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for executing assigned projects from initial meetings through final project completion. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping projects safe, on time, and on budget while emphasizing quality, project planning, and setting and achieving goals. Will verify that work is completed in compliance with project documents and local, state, and federal standards. Is responsible for managing external relationships with Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors and coordinating internally with other Faulconer Departments and the Operations and Estimating Teams.
