There is nothing good to be said about this company.
EIS's scanning is frequently inaccurate leading to flaws in design packages. Thrir billing rate is higher than other similar firms and yet their benefits are inferior to those firms. The insurance is overpriced. Employees are cheated out of earned PTO when leaving and layoffs are classified as terminations to avoid paying PTO and hinder the former employee's ability to receive unemployment. A typical work day would involve waiting on the information needed to do a job, not receiving it then trying to wing it. What I learned is that loyalty is punished. Some of the management are good people but there are enough bad ones to ruin things for everyone. The workplace culture is one os passing the blame when things go wrong. The anxiety of knowing that you will be expected to perform with no support or information is the most difficult part of the job.
There is nothing good to be said about this company. The experience was entirely bad.
Leave the state. You can't compete with your high prices, low quality and lousy benefits.
