**Job Summary** **:**
Trane Technologies is hiring a **Manufacturing Engineer Intern** in Clarksville, TN. In this role, you will assist the NPD Manufacturing Engineering team with new product launches, productivity & QnR project implementations, and general production support as needed. You will also assist with the design and setup of new production assembly cells or the rearrangement of existing assembly cells to incorporate new products and processes. This will also include providing start-up support and process improvements during the launch of projects.
**Responsibilities:**
· Aid in the development of manufacturing process concepts.
· Manage project objectives and tasks as assigned.
· Trouble shoot and improve new/existing manufacturing processes.
· Aid in the design and purchase of production equipment as required.
· Submit work orders and work with maintenance to complete tasks.
· Manage onsite contractors during equipment installations as required.
· Support the development and maintenance of process documentation.
· Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
· Support MDI process of problem solving, and continuous improvement as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
**·** **BS Engineering or Engineering Technologies degree preferred**
**·** **Knowledge of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing.**

Our Water Team is seeking a full-time **Water Resources Engineering Summer Intern - Summer 2026** to work out of our **Brentwood, TN** office. This temporary position is seeking individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program.
This internship will be part of the WSP Summer Internship Program. As a summer intern, you have the opportunity to participate in our 12-week program scheduled to start on May 18th, 2026. The individual start date of the internship may be flexible.
**Your Impact**
+ Support a variety of engineering tasks with the goal to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
+ Learn basic principles of Water Resources Engineering.
+ Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis.
+ Support preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates.
+ Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
+ Complete training on assigned tasks.
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

**Who You Are**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related Undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later.
+ Must be 18 or older.
+ Demonstrated interest in Water Resources Engineering, or related field, and have a strong desire to advance skills related to WSP's work and projects.
+ Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.
+ Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to executive projects.
+ Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.
+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
+ Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related Masters or PhD program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later.
+ Experience using Civil 3D, ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, HEC HMS, hydraulic modeling and calculations, MathCAD, OpenRoads, InRoads, or Blubeam Software.
+ Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.
