+ Administer production servers/services and test system health

+ Execute defined SOPs to avoid or reduce event impact duration
+ Undertake Incident Command training and experience working on an on-call rotation

+ Participate in an agile development scrum to fulfil user stories

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair, troubleshoot electromechanical printing equipment.
Install and troubleshoot computer software.
Clean, inspect and prep equipment prior to shipping.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have Mechanical and technical experience
Must have a positive attitude and communicate on a professional level
Ability to function with limited supervision
Ability to operate a motor vehicle max length 26' and have current driver's license
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
This position will mostly work at the Eighty Four, PA location (just south of Pittsburgh) repairing and refurbishing used equipment for sale, offering phone support, and supporting our own in-house service bureau. Up to 25% of the time will be spent traveling to customer sites to repair, move, or install equipment
