**Scope of Position:**
+ This individual will be directly involved with engineers and operators related to the glass handling process and equipment

**Day to Day Responsibilities:**
+ Provide engineering expertise for fundamental understanding of manufacturing issues

Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in electrical engineering
Some Experience in AutoCAD electrical and Revit (Not required, but preferred)
Ability to learn and understand, interpret and troubleshoot customer needs and problems
Some Experienced in electrical design and circuits preferred

Work Environment

Candidates should be local and available to travel domestically in the US, to Canada, Mexico, and possibly Japan. Travel may be required up to 50% during peak times. Overtime is approximately 25%, and candidates should be prepared to work extra hours during weekdays and weekends as per project needs. Personal protective equipment such as steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required; the rest will be provided.

Collaborates with other facilities across WPP to ensure consistency.
Qualifications
Technical degree in engineering or related field preferred, but relevant equivalent experience may be considered
Experience with project management
5+ years in a manufacturing setting
2+ years of experience in the plastics extrusion/compounding or injection molding industry
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability and desire to communicate well in both written and verbal forms.
Must be willing and able to travel to customer sites, vendors, company divisions and trainings as requested, approximately 10%.
