Test Engineer Intern:
Join ADI as a Test Engineer Intern and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies while learning from industry experts. This internship is designed to provide a strong foundation in test engineering through real-world projects and mentorship.
About the Role:
As a Test Engineer Intern, you'll support the development and implementation of testing methodologies for advanced semiconductor products. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to help ensure product quality and reliability across various stages of development and manufacturing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting test engineers in schematic design, debugging test hardware
* Software development to support product qualification, customer sampling, characterization and full production release
* Supporting schematic design and circuit documentation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools;
Technical writing of reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals;
Data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures;
Follow instructions and interact with engineers, geologists, office administrative staff, CADD operators (draftsmen), contractors and construction personnel; and
Potential for fieldwork such as soil and groundwater sampling, stormwater inspections, and drilling and contractor oversight.
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Education and Licensure
Currently registered in a Bachelor's or Master's university degree program in a relevant engineering or science discipline. (required)
Degree focus area in civil, geotechnical, environmental or water resources engineering, environmental science, or geology. (preferred)
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Experience with ArcView, CADD, and/or Microsoft Office. (preferred)
Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills. (required)
Valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory driving record for business travel to project sites. (required)

What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for an Engine Programmer Intern to join our Developer Experience and Efficiency team. In this role, you'll work with experienced programmers to develop low-level tools to help identify performance and iteration problems or use them to improve content iteration performance of UE and UEFN. The ideal candidate will have a love of practical problem-solving and an affinity for improving the day-to-day workflow of other developers.
In this role, you will
* Establish test workflows to validate correctness and prevent regressions of our content creator workflows in UE and UEFN
* Work on performance tooling to help identify performance bottlenecks or facilitate data analysis
* Develop custom tools and pipelines for other programmers or content creators to help them better achieve their goals
* Work with other senior programmers to profile and optimize critical paths of UE and UEFN editor iteration workflow
What we're looking for
* C++ skills and knowledge of programming principles
* Some knowledge about multithreaded code
* Interested in low level systems and API design
* Someone who is passionate, solution-oriented and proactive
* An interest in UX and workflow design would be preferable
