Perform Installation and setup of Human Machine Interface (HMI) terminals applications. Install the system ‘image' and setup communications to the system control components. Debug the interface screens to verify interface with the PLC and other control components. Show programs written in C# in a Microsoft Windows environment. Assemble programs and install them on Bradbury HMIs. Develop operator interface graphical interface modules to interface the operator to the machine control. Discuss the usage of the SQL database and how data can be imported and exported to and from a customer's production data or the Bradbury TSC part download software. Show and explain PLC logic written in Rockwell Automation's RSLogix Studio platform. Demonstrate the ladder logic created to operate on an AB Logix PLC that is reading sensor, switch, and position data and activating motor, valve, and indicator outputs based on a sequence of events or basic IF, AND, OR logic.
