General Description:

What You'll Experience
During your internship, you'll rotate through and contribute to key areas of our engineering process, including:
* Customer Interaction - Understand client needs and how they drive design.
* Program Management - See how complex projects are planned and executed.
* Design & Fabrication - Turn ideas into functional prototypes.
* Measurement & Analysis - Learn to test and evaluate performance.
* Problem Solving - Apply your engineering skills to real manufacturing challenges.
You'll also work closely with a mentor to set meaningful goals, participate in product and process design discussions, and contribute to technical reports, data collection, and process improvements.
Program Details

What We're Looking For
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from an accredited university.
* Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
* Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
* Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus.

Gather stakeholders feedback/desk research to evaluate the performance to date, plans and timelines/budgets.
