They are tasked with coordinating all aspects related to the maintenance, repair, and support of equipment and systems.

**What You'll Need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

The Opportunity

Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Director of Cybersecurity to:
Own and execute the enterprise security roadmap-ensuring planned initiatives are delivered, measured, and continuously improved.
Provide strong, clear leadership to the Security Engineering and Security Compliance functions.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for organizational security posture, reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Develop, document, and enforce security policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
Actively participate in daily security engineering tasks, including tool implementation, security monitoring, incident investigation, and vulnerability management.

Ensure regulatory and audit compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, and other healthcare/security frameworks).

Maintain documentation for compliance requirements and support internal and external audit efforts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and technical teams regarding risk, architecture, and security-by-design.

Required Qualifications

Required to attend and complete all company development, safety and compliance training.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience
Reimbursement of a portion of relocation expenses for a highly qualified candidate willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities
● Lead, manage, and support the growth of an 8-10 person staff in the engineering department
● Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, schematics, and designs
● Design and develop specifications for electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects
● Identify and implement engineered solutions to field challenges
● Promote the use of pre-fabrication and innovative electrical installation techniques
● Collaborate with project teams to improve installation efficiency and productivity
● Use tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and/or ConEst to support project planning and execution
● Ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and cost targets
● Maintain high standards of documentation, detail orientation, and team collaboration
Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in engineering
● Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
● Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
● Additional experience in project management, estimating, prefabrication, or project controls is a plus
● Proficient in engineering software and construction management tools
● Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
● Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must be willing and able to relocate and/or commute to our Spindale, NC office location
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience managing or scaling an engineering department
● Hands-on knowledge of prefabrication workflows for electrical systems
● Familiarity with a multi-project, multi-discipline construction environment

**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing, process, and manufacturing engineers.
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost reduction.
- Manage capital projects from concept through execution, including equipment installation, layout optimization, and vendor coordination.
- Supportnew product launches and ensure manufacturing readiness through DFM, trials, and SOP development.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, SCM, and operations to solve complex technical challenges.
- Oversee engineering change processes, documentation updates, and standard work implementation.
- Ensure engineering compliance with regulatory, environmental, and customer requirements.
- Provide technical leadership in root cause analysis (RCA), PFMEA, control plans, and corrective actions.
- Track key KPIs such as OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity - and lead actions to improve them.
- Maintain a strong focus on employee development, mentoring, and succession planning.

Required (basic) qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proficiency with CAD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Extrusion or hose manufacturing
- Facilities maintenance and management
- Experience with braiding, coiling, or vulcanizing equipment
- Capital project or plant layout experience
