Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for setting and implementing mechanical and plumbing engineering standards.
* Communicate project intent in a clear and compelling way that ensures incorporation of the client's requirements and goals within each project solution.
* Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered at a high level, on time, and on budget.
* Identify and manages project risks, consulting with the EAS Operations Manager.

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.
* 10+ years of experience.
* Relevant professional accreditations including LEED, WELL, etc. are preferred.
* Strong expertise in a broad spectrum of markets, including Civic/Municipal, Public Safety, and Justice.
Knowledge and Skills
* Direct experience designing and documenting projects and the ability to champion design and technical excellence in all projects.
* Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects, Trane Trace, and Title 24 compliance software.
