This position will start out in our home office in Glastonbury, CT, and will then be assigned to an upcoming project. Once assigned to a project, the PEM will rotate between the home office and the jobsite. Gemma is looking for an experienced engineering manager to oversee multi-million-dollar power generation facilities or other industrial projects. Position Join Gemma's dynamic engineering team! The PEM is responsible for the overall technical well-being of the project from the proposal stage through engineering design, construction, and performance testing. The PEM will direct the development of engineering/design documents utilizing in house engineering staff and subcontracted Engineer of Record (EOR).
