Lead the national QMS standards development and maintenance for CES bulk customer installation standards for the benefit of CES personnel. Ownership and management of CES proposal design, reporting, and tracking tools (i.e. HAL, Monday.com) and alignment of those tools with IT best practices for sustainability as required.
