JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Engineering is responsible for the successful execution of the company's business strategy through development, deployment, and performance of all engineering & automation related strategies. Works closely with the planning and public works departments to provide technical engineering assistance in the review of subdivision plats and other proposed developments.

+ 2+ years of experience in industry-related project management; may be concurrent with project experience.
+ Knowledge of engineering/design terms, contracts, financials, and operations.
+ Proven ability to meet client expectations through effective project management.
+ Strong decision-making, leadership, organization, and negotiation abilities.

You'll lead the Post Processing team, a group of 11 skilled, self-driven developers based in Oslo. You'll also be part of a strong, supportive community of EngineeringManagers across Payments & Processing in Vipps MobilePay.
