About the Role:
Gusto is looking for a hands‑on engineering leader to lead our worker‑focused Members Experience team, responsible for building and scaling the Gusto app. This team empowers workers by enabling seamless access, delivering core experiences, and addressing key jobs to be done.
As part of the broader Mobile Core group within the Core Experiences organization, the Members Experience team plays a critical role in advancing Gusto's mobile‑first vision. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $197,895-$243,000 for San Francisco & New York and $163,370-$200,000 for Denver. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including role level, candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

True Anomaly is looking for you, a creative and experienced leader, to build, manage and lead a team responsible for taking programs from concept through production. This role owns the development, design, and procurement of primary and secondary spacecraft structures and mechanical ground support equipment (MGSE), continuously improving designs while meeting stringent mission and launch requirements for spacecraft and missile defense systems. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and mentorship, through knowledge and experience, to a team of mechanical design engineers with varying experience
Manage team in terms of department staffing, OH budget, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and day-to-day operations/tasking
Provide technical expertise in mechanical engineering as it relates to mechanical design of space related hardware and associated MGSE design
Oversee team's work products to ensure requirements, drawings, and other deliverables are complete and aligned to program requirements/needs

Knowledge across vehicle subsystems/functions as it relates to flight mechanical and MGSE design
Willingness and ability to delegate and parse tasks and data to maximize individual and team efficiency
Knowledge of industrial base related to mechanical components with experience interacting with applicable suppliers and manufacturing entities
Experience leading trade studies that balance performance needs, manufacturability, cost, schedule and risk

The project engineer/manager candidate will be involved with all forms of planning, design, and specialty services related to the stormwater and water resources engineering field. Projects often involve hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain analyses, detention/water quality BMP design, stream restoration, bridge scour, trail design, stormwater management plans, MS4 compliance, and water rights. Responsible to manage all aspects of preventative maintenance, safety and security of the hotel and its customers. Direct all Emergency Programs; ensure all equipment is maintained, conduct inspections and drills, ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.
Make rounds of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order.
Ensure all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, test and certified per Sage/Marriott standards.
Actively participate in energy conservation programs.
Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas.
Complete maintenance requests, take equipment and meter readings and maintain log to notify the next shift.
Document all parts used and parts needed to be purchased.
Assist with the administration of all vendor contracts controlled by the engineering department.
Handle elevator breakdowns.
Maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and the Request Program.
Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis.
Assist as necessary with special projects and renovations.
Report any unsafe conditions to leadership.
Qualifications
Education/Formal Training
FSD certification required after 90 days of hire. High school diploma, plus two years or its equivalent in trade school or training in building maintenance/construction
Experience
Minimum four years' experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance. Hotel experience a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
Ability to maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment and perform carpentry, repair work, construction and renovation work.
May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment.
Requires a professional presentation and an ability to work in a team atmosphere and to make independent decisions.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
