About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Operations External Manufacturing!
We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of External Manufacturing to join the Horizon Organic Dairy LLC team, the chosen individual will oversee all operations with our external manufacturing partners across the West (4 fluid milk co-manufacturing facilities) and adjacencies (4 co-manufacturing facilities: a whole milk powdering facility, butter production, and two cheese production facilities). This role is responsible for ensuring that our external manufacturers deliver with excellence across SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery). In addition, the chosen candidate will own the full network optimization strategy for their territory and champion all new external manufacturer qualifications including ownership of timely execution of our network optimization strategy which has us existing a sizable existing co-manufacturer (4 facilities, 1 of which is included in this scope).
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Accountable for all manufacturing qualifications, ensuring the timely exit of HOD from an existing co-manufacturing partner.
Champion cross-functional project teams (Procurement, PMO, Quality, R&D, Finance, Brand) assigned to each initiative ensuring excellence in execution and timely delivery of desired outcomes executing our network optimization strategy.
Own operational management of all our external manufacturing partners across the West for fluid and for all adjacencies co-manufacturing.
Set clear operational success criteria across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery for each external manufacturing partner
Track performance and ensure corrective actions are identified and executed to achieve excellence from our external manufacturing partners.
Collaborate closely with the Horizon operations team (Planning, distribution and logistics, SLC plant, milk procurement, and customer experience) ensuring a clear strategy is aligned for our network to achieve maximum efficiency while serving our customers consistently and reliably.
The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering or relevant work experience.
5 years (or more) experience in an operations field, ideally manufacturing in CPG.

Job Description
The project engineer/manager candidate will be involved with all forms of planning, design, and specialty services related to the stormwater and water resources engineering field. Projects often involve hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain analyses, detention/water quality BMP design, stream restoration, bridge scour, trail design, stormwater management plans, MS4 compliance, and water rights. The ideal candidate will have some project management experience and be eager to continue transitioning into a project management role.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the following:
A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
Approximately 6 to 12 years of experience in the stormwater engineer field
A registered professional engineer license in Colorado or ability to obtain one upon hire, and have experience in providing engineering services in the state
Preferred qualifications include the following:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in managing teams of engineers to provide exceptional engineering services
Experience in mentoring less experienced engineers in technical and non-technical aspects of stormwater engineering
Experience in business development and client management
Practical application of the various hydrology/hydraulics software, including HEC-RAS (1D/2D preferred), HEC-HMS, CUHP, EPASWMM, and HY-8
Experience in developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or master planning studies
Experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change (LOMC) and floodplain mapping
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS
Experience with construction oversight of stormwater project installations
Additional Information
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $85,000 to $135,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.

Position Summary

Job Overview
Responsible to manage all aspects of preventative maintenance, safety and security of the hotel and its customers. Coordinate and performs routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain high levels of customer satisfaction and optimum efficiency for the operation. Supervise, train, assign, and delegate work orders or projects and inspect the work quality of maintenance teams. Make suggestions regarding performance, talent, challenges, and process improvements. This role is also responsible for the oversight of the hotel operations in the absence of a department leader.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs in specialized areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
Perform all essential functions of a Maintenance Technician 1 and 2.
Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms.
Monitor and maintain all engineering functions when full engineering staff is not available (i.e. weekends and evenings). Respond to all emergency situations including fire alarms, bomb threats, disasters and power failures; notify the appropriate authorities.
Direct all Emergency Programs; ensure all equipment is maintained, conduct inspections and drills, ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.
Make rounds of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order.
Ensure all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, test and certified per Sage/Marriott standards.
Actively participate in energy conservation programs.
Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas.
Complete maintenance requests, take equipment and meter readings and maintain log to notify the next shift.
Document all parts used and parts needed to be purchased.
Assist with the administration of all vendor contracts controlled by the engineering department.
Handle elevator breakdowns.
Maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and the Request Program.
Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis.
Assist as necessary with special projects and renovations.
Report any unsafe conditions to leadership.
Qualifications
Education/Formal Training
FSD certification required after 90 days of hire. High school diploma, plus two years or its equivalent in trade school or training in building maintenance/construction
Experience
Minimum four years' experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance. Hotel experience a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
Ability to maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment and perform carpentry, repair work, construction and renovation work.
May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
