About the Role
We are seeking a transformative VP of Engineering to define and lead the next chapter of Stitch Fix's client technology organization. Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance. Your Impact
As a senior Software Engineer focused on Data Platform, you will be a key leader in designing, developing, and enhancing Cisco's next-generation data platforms and services. Minimum Qualifications
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
*10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on data platforms, large-scale distributed systems, or cloud-based data solutions.
*Deep proficiency with cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or SnowFlake) and modern data architectures.
*Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
*Proven experience building and operating data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise data warehouses.
*Expertise in RESTful API design, microservices, data processing frameworks, and integration patterns.

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

We are seeking engineers and architects that will be responsible for performing a wide range of forensic investigations related to damage and deterioration of structures, condition assessment studies for property owners and managers, and structural and building enclosure repair and rehabilitation design to existing facilities. The work includes evaluations of commercial, residential, industrial, utility infrastructure, and municipal projects.
The Project Manager - Forensic Engineer/Architect will be responsible for managing all aspects of our investigation, assessment, and repair projects. The position requires direct daily contact with clients and staff in addition to production of technical documents. Therefore, strong oral and written communication skills are a must. The position offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team. Project responsibilities will vary based on the nature of the assignment and individual aptitudes. Applicants must possess experience in or the desire to learn the evaluation of entire structures (from foundations to roofing) as well as the investigation of failures and building problems. Position requires frequent local and occasional regional travel.
Responsibilities
Conducting and/or managing investigations, assessments, and expert witness assignments in order to prepare accurate technical reports and repair documents, and occasionally provide expert testimony
