Conduct post-project reviews to analyze outcomes, identify lessons learned, and apply insights to future projects and initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all designs meet company and customer standards and bets practices.
Maintain accurate documentation including SOPs, sanitation procedures, technical manuals, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other food safety regulations.
Maintain compliance with electrical and mechanical standards (NFPA, UL, ASME).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Operations, QA, Maintenance, Service, and other Engineering teams both internally and externally.
Provide technical leadership during customer interactions and commissioning.
Support sales and service teams with engineering expertise.
Work closely with operations, quality, and procurement teams to drive project success and timelines.

Education: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
Experience:

Requirements (Education, Experience, Training):
Bachelor's degree in engineering
10+ Engineering experience in a parenteral manufacturing site
Experience from onboarding and/or executing larger capital projects
Previous facility or area start up experience
Prior management or leadership experience including leading or working effectively with a cross functional group including network and/or global functions
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to train and mentor others
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Preferred attributes but not required:
Solid understanding of basic requirements of regulatory agencies
Previous experience with parenteral engineering/manufacturing
Previous experience with highly automated equipment

The Electrical EngineeringManager will lead a team of electrical engineers to support high volume battery portfolio. You will be responsible for strategic roadmap planning, resource allocation and scope management, oversight of technical reviews / design decisions, and process improvement / change management.
