This is a critical role that will oversee both production processes and facility operations - specifically leading and supporting maintenance and engineering staff, while providing strategic alignment with business goals: implementing improvement initiatives, and maintaining a safe, productive and well-maintained facility.

Responsibilities:

Project Management - Lead engineering projects, including renovations, expansion, and new facility development.

Continuous Improvement - Implements Lean principles, optimizing workflows, and identifying areas for improvement.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Directs the overall operations of one or more CE Departments by:
+ Meeting/exceeding all SLA deliverables and conducting Monthly Operational Report (MOR) meetings to review CE's KPI results with each hospital leadership team.
+ Developing synergies with key stakeholders, i.e. System Medical Device Security Operations, System IT, Clinical Department leadership and Original Equipment Manufacturers to implement a medical device security program for networked medical equipment across all sites.
+ Develops and ensures the implementation of policy and procedures that result in a fully compliant CE program for each site under their scope.
+ Directs supervisors and/or CE team members in best practices to ensure the financial performance of the department meets or exceeds budget and supports CommonSpirit Health's financial health. This is accomplished by:

Key Responsibilities
Oversees operations of Clinical Engineering Department by: conducting quarterly department head visits and meetings; ensuring that client reports are delivered in a timely manner; providing a working environment that meets all OSHA, Joint Commission and other guidelines. Reporting to the Exhibition Manager, The
Lead Exhibition Technical Engineer
works in a unique immersive arts exhibition managing areas of lighting, sound, video, projections, networking, show power, control, automation, interactive game mechanics, computer art installations, and animatronics. This role is responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance of exhibit technology, along with design and development of enhancements to ensure a robust and consistent guest experience within the exhibition. The Exhibition Technology team is tasked with operating and maintaining the exhibition daily, supporting special events, media events and contributing to new exhibit installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for the team in best practices, standard operating procedures, safety related work practices as well as build and create the documentation of custom interactive artwork, objects and installations that seam together sensors, micro-controllers, computers, lights, sound, video, and various electromechanical elements that are part of the exhibition.
This role is charged with coordinating maintenance staff to repair and maintain all show systems at the highest standard of quality and ensuring that documentation for maintenance and inspections are recorded using the Corporate CMMS.
This individual will carry out installations, repairs, and upgrades on technical show equipment and systems, adhering to electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
Manage parts inventory and software backups.
Respond to and resolve any immediately solvable technical problems.
Responsible for the implementation of the expanding goals of the exhibition, including engaging with the design, creative development, programming, systems engineering, mechanical integration, fabrication, and production of new interactive exhibit elements.
Assist in training staff on new systems and end user tools.
Review and document bug reports and tech failure.
Working collaboratively with all Meow Wolf Staff within the exhibition and sister exhibitions to support team building, knowledge transfer and problem solving techniques.
Work independently and in partnership with other exhibit teams to keep the exhibition clean, safe and functional.
Update new media content and programming to exhibit devices and controllers as needed.
Install, replace, connect, configure, and test any electronic devices, parts, tech equipment, computers, etc. as needed.
Work with the Facility Maintenance team to solve any AC power problems, or upgrades.
Observe guest interactions with the exhibition to conceptualize enhancements for the guest experience.
Design and implementation of guest experience enhancements.
Document all exhibit as-builts, upgrades and changes.
Responsible for maintaining processes, procedures and best practices as related to hourly teams, including scheduling, documentation, employee relations, training, coaching and development.
Foster a team environment focused on collaborative work in the pursuit of meeting exhibition needs within a motivated and engaged team dynamic

Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of professional experience in relevant industries, ideally working in Emerging New Media Technologies,
The ideal candidate should be proficient in redesigning or the rebuilding of systems.
Candidates should consider themselves an expert with the Q-SYS ecosystem.
Entertainment Technology, Software Development, Electrical Engineering, or Professional Audiovisual trades.
Great leadership and communication skills and excellent team building skills.
You are an extremely organized project manager and process based thinker with a vision for creating robust and consistent systems.
You will have expertise in areas of electrical systems, data distribution, electronics, micro-controllers, lighting, audio, video, coding and how they work together.
The ideal candidate for this position holds a minimum of an Associate degree, is a graduate of a Technical Institute,
Holds relevant Industry Certifications or has equivalent job experience.
Is competent and proficient in one or more of the following specialties:

Advanced understanding of Network Engineering ; IT infrastructure.

and protocols like OSC, MIDI, TCP/UDP.
Familiarity with PCBs, logic circuits, schematics, sensors/components, prototyping, and layout.
Experience with projectors and media servers.

Goodfellow Corp. is in search of an experienced and versatile electrical engineer to lead our team in the design and production of electrical control panels for crushing, screening, and conveying equipment for the mining and aggregate industries. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in both electrical engineering and management of a small production shop (3-5 additional electricians/apprentices). The job will require regular hands-on work on the production floor, as well as engineering custom designs and coordinating with sales staff to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operations of a small panel-building shop with 3-5 additional employees
Oversee the production of a variety of "stock" panel designs. Ensure high levels of productivity and product quality.
Design new and custom 480V electrical panels consisting of breakers, starters, VFDs, PLCs, soft starts, etc., make engineering drawings, and develop Bills of Materials for the manufacturing of those panels.
Design and oversee the production of Motor Control Centers (MCC) - both in stationary and portable applications.
Supervise, train, and mentor a small team with varying levels of experience - from journeyman electricians to electrical apprentices. Work with Human Resources to perform performance reviews, seek and hire new talent, and implement performance improvement plans and disciplinary action.
Work with the Safety Manager to develop and enforce a culture of safety. Ensure that proper safety protocols are established and enforced.
Manage inventory levels of electrical components and tools, coordinating with internal purchasers and outside vendors to maintain efficient and timely operations.
Consult with estimating and sales staff to estimate cost and timeframes for potential future projects.
Consult with executive leadership and customers to determine the feasibility of potential projects and product lines.
Occasionally consult with facility maintenance personnel to assist with internal electrical concerns.
This position reports to the director of engineering and production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
Extensive experience in industrial electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on 480V applications.
Knowledge and experience with panel building, including the installation and operation of Breakers, Starters, VFDs, PLCs, and Soft Starts.
Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an electrical assembly or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Ability to use AutoCAD or other engineering software to design electrical schematics and blueprints.
