Civil / Jurisdictional EngineeringManager oversees full scope of professional civil engineering/land surveying work in the field and in the office; prepare documents, plans and supports plan review of construction documents and specifications of client projects / review work prepared by others.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This level is distinguished from Senior Engineer by the oversight of all matters pertaining to engineering and engineering judgement. Positions in this class provide directions to engineering staff and may be tasked to support clients in the capacity of City/County Engineer.
REPORTS TO
Regional Vice President; The Civil / Jurisdictional EngineeringManager is the highest authority for all matters pertaining to operation of the Civil Engineering Group.
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITES
Provides training and work direction too engineering staff.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
• Plans, organizes, directs and manages the functions and activities of the Civil team.
• Develops and implements goals, objectives, and priorities.
• Provides administrative direction and oversight for Civil / Municipal staff.
• Develops and administers project budgets; formulates project development and review hours.
• Oversees the planning, design, plan reviews and inspections related to Civil projects.
• Directs and coordinates the work of engineering consultants.
• Oversees the project management of projects including inspection, specifications, cost control, and time requirements.
• Oversees the checking of survey, parcel, and final maps for compliance with applicable laws, ordinances, and established survey practices.
• Oversees and Supports the review of land development and grading permits.

· Review of legal descriptions of real property.
· Reviews and participates in the preparation of environmental assessments.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sit for extended periods; frequently stand and walk; ability to walk on slippery and uneven
terrain; sufficient manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate office and field
engineering equipment.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments, some exposure to variances

Based in our on-site R&D lab at Pressed's Support Center (HQ), the Senior Manager, Research & Development leads prototype development, testing, and technical validation across juices, functional beverages, frozen desserts and emerging wellness formats. Reporting to the Director of R&D, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to execute concepts through the full innovation lifecycle from idea to pilot to commercialization, ensuring products are ready for successful execution in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation
Lead the end-to-end execution of new products and product improvements, from concept development through scale-up and launch.

Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in computer scienceor a related field
4+ years managing software development teams
10+ years of experience in commercial-grade software development
Experience leading remote teams
Strong knowledge of:
Modern programming languages and object-oriented programming
High-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems
Cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS)
Infrastructure as Code(Terraform,Pulumi, etc.)
Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other automation tools
Proven success leading SaaS or PaaS products
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$155,000 and $233,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
