Estimated Salary Range:

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. POSITION SPECIFICS
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 and $180,000 annually.

Position Overview
The Sales Engineering Senior Manager will lead a high-performing technical team responsible for supporting the sales process of battery energy storage systems. This includes overseeing review of request for proposals (RFPs), technical sizing, technical proposal generation, contract exhibit preparation, modeling and tool development, and technical support including for SW topics. GENERAL FUNCTION

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to work well with assemblers and other manufacturing personnel.
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, troubleshooting skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office programs, including Microsoft Projects.
Must have excellent organization, supervisory, managerial and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technical staff.
Familiarity with ISO policies and safety regulations
Excellent budgeting and cost containment skills.
Ability to gather, analyze and summarize data in order to draw rational, fact-based conclusions
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical Design required
Minimum 2 years' Managerial experience and/or proven leadership skills
Knowledge of coding and standards associated with the Electrical Industry
Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
