- Serve as the senior manager for the SDS Facilities organization, leading several functional teams to include Facility Engineering, Requirements, and Facility Maintenance.

Qualifications

5+ years in project management related to product development

Provide overall operations leadership to the team and support global operations in establishing and executing the strategic and financial goals of the department.
Develop, review, and implement annual budgets; lead the team and act as mentor and coach.
Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Analyze building or system prototypes submitted by consultants to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
