The Project Manager/Transportation Engineer is responsible for leading the engineering design team in the development and execution of projects from initial concept through successful completion. This role involves planning and designing roadway projects for the local municipalities, including DOT funded projects. Work may include complete streets/streetscapes, roadway widening, resurfacing, bicycle and pedestrian paths, intersections, traffic signals, roundabouts, and other roadway improvements. Projects can range from local streets to major highways, covering all phases from early planning to final design. This is a first\-line management role with 5\-10 direct reports\.
