Ensures compliance with rules of participation through strong compliance and monitoring activities, and program policies. PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED. This employee works in a professional office setting requiring a high degree of professionalism and precision. It can be stressful at times. The employee in this position is expected to deal with a variety of tasks including customer service, phone calls, virtual and in person meetings, and compiling and presenting reports. Occasional travel is possible, including overnight travel. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 2. Pharmacy technician certification required 3. State board of pharmacy licensure as a certified technician 4. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a compliance related role 5.
