Signature Hardware is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategist to join our Brand Marketing team. The role will manage and implement SEO strategies and best practices to improve performance and achieve measurable goals and objectives. Location: This role can be remote, based in the United States or can work out of Signature Hardware's offices in Erlanger, KY. Candidates will work East Coast or Central hours.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring SEO is a key lever for traffic growth and business objectives by measuring efficiency through demand conversion and sales Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords Supervise customer online behavior via Google Analytics and other methods to identify and resolve issues related to search/navigation Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, execute day-to-day tactical website updates, and drive growth. This would include collaborating with content and site merchandiser to optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages Leads and implements a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization and on-site information architecture Identify new and emerging SEO opportunities, best practices, and industry algorithm updates Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are accurately implemented on newly developed code Acquire strong external backlinks to boost website authority Provide ongoing keyword research for search engine optimization and deliver to multi-functional teams Perform general and competitive organic research to identify areas of opportunity Lead planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs and campaigns Build performance reports detailing the results of organic efforts Analytical thinker who enjoys complex problem solving

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.Minimum four-years of SEO experience with examples of strong performance.Minimum four-year of experience with SEMrush or similar SEO tool.Minimum four-year of experience with local listings management tools.Proficient in basic HTML, schema markup, and related technical skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).

What you'll do
Support Quality Engineering leadership in achieving his/her strategic goals.Be accountable for production defect leakage and drive towards shoring up gaps in negative scenario testing, test data, and testing automation/regression.. Be responsible for the overall testing strategy, both mobile and desktop for the platforms that you will be supporting. Assess project needs and guide the team on estimating, testability of user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and the definition of done Monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLCArchitect trusted test automation patterns for the team to leverage with high reliability and relevance. Make sure that all tests run stable. Drive Equifax to full CI/CD build automation/deployments with the proper blue green release quality gating for performance and functional testing. Implement POCs to drive platforms forward in innovation Take responsibility for test infrastructure and defect trends seen in all environments (QA, UAT, Production). Liaise with other team members inside and outside of QA and drive towards defect resolution. Define and administer standard testing architecture methodologies, processes, and tools across all engagements Mentor newer SDETs from a technical perspective to help them grow in their own careers Leverage Behavior Driven Development and automation for all end-to-end testing Perform code and quality process reviews for QE resources.

The Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for ensuring delivered information systems meet security standards in accordance with applicable DoD policies including DoDI 8510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Department of Defense Information Technology (IT).
Essential Functions:

+ Responsible for developing all applicable documents needed to obtain an Authorization to Operate (ATO) for fielded systems.

+ Identify the information protection needs for systems and networks.

+ Review and assist design engineers in overarching system design with a focus on Cybersecurity, and interact with customers and authorization officials to define and achieve required Cybersecurity objectives.

+ Maintain awareness of the most recent system security policies and directives.

+ Assist Systems Engineers and other Cybersecurity Engineer with the analysis of user and system requirements and constraints.

+ Candidate must be able to work a flexible job schedule to include off-shift work and occasional overtime.

Basic Qualifications:
