    Sirius Staffing is seeking an Electronic Technician for a role in Whitsett, NC. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM Overtime: Fridays, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM Pay: $21.00/hour This is a hands-on manufacturing support role for someone who likes working on the production floor, troubleshooting issues, and supporting electronics builds. You'll help keep electronics manufacturing lines running smoothly by inspecting products, supporting test and debug activities, assisting with new product launches, and helping document and improve processes.You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams and spend most of your time on the floor, at test stations, or reviewing data, not behind a desk all day. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Support electronics assembly and test processes on the manufacturing floor Perform visual and physical inspections of electronic assemblies (PCBs, cables, sub-assemblies) Assist with basic troubleshooting and failure analysis when products fail test Help introduce new electronic products into production and support early builds Collect production and test data to identify trends, defects, or process issues Perform time and motion studies to help improve line flow and efficiency Help update and maintain: Work instructions Test procedures Training documents Line layouts (AutoCAD experience is a plus) Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) updates and Engineering Change (EC) tracking in SAP or similar systems Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on quality, yield, and throughput Support root cause investigations using basic quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D support) Nice-to-Have / Plus Skills Basic Python or scripting experience (used for data analysis, test data review, automation, or reporting) Experience pulling, cleaning, or analyzing manufacturing or test data Familiarity with electronics test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES) or test systems Qualifications Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in: Electronics Engineering Technology Electrical Engineering Technology Manufacturing or Industrial Technology Computer Engineering Technology Or a related technical field Experience: 1-3 years in electronics manufacturing, test, quality, hardware support, or engineering technician roles preferred Skills: Comfort working hands-on with electronic hardware Basic understanding of quality and process improvement concepts (PDCA, FMEA, 8D) Lean or Six Sigma exposure is a plus (certification not required) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
