The Role
Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Job Overview
The Engineering Tech V will provide high-level engineering and technical expertise to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and other customers while conducting UHF MILSATCOM Readiness Assessments/Tech. Assist/Help Desk support. The EngineeringTechnician V performs non-routine and complex assignments involving the responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project, selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts contact personnel is related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work, reviews, analyzes, and integrates and technical work of others. Supervisor or professional engineer outlines objectives, requirements, and design approaches. Complete work is reviewed for technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements. This incumbent may train and be assisted by lower-level technicians and perform one or a combination of the following.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for UHF MILSATCOM for USCG Cutters and Shore stations.
* Assist in creating and editing job aids and training documentation as needed.
* Provide integration, installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and technical training assistance as required.

As a Project EngineeringTechnician I for Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE), you will be working under the immediate supervision/direction of a registered professional engineer. You will work as a team member alongside site managers and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services. Our special Inspections technicians play a critical role in the quality assurance for every construction project no matter how large or small. Special Inspections Technicians actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing along with the continuous monitoring of general contractor activities, which may include but are not limited to onsite testing and reporting of earthwork and soil construction; foundation/subgrade evaluation; reinforcing steel; concrete placements; masonry as well as asphalt testing. Special Inspections Technicians are also responsible for accurately preparing daily reports for submission to the assigned project engineer. These reports not only include your test results summary, but detailed construction site observations as well.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
Valid Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Driving history (3 years)
Ability to work outdoors on a construction site in all seasons and weather conditions for extended periods of time.
You must be self-motivated, able to efficiently work independently while completing scheduled tasks.

Additional Responsibilities of an ERS Appliance and Electronics Technician Consist of the Following:
Report to work at scheduled times.

JOB PURPOSE
CNC quality metrologists use a variety of tools like micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and laser trackers to measure dimensions, geometry, and surface finish of CNC-machined parts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspects, adjusts, and verifies accuracy of gauges and measuring instruments for conformance to specifications. Recommends changes or modifications. Calibrates gauges and documents results.
Monitors and maintains a clean and well-organized gage lab.
Delivers all required gages to Operators during set-ups of each process.
Sets precision gages at cell for production.
Monitors and maintains out of calibration report on a weekly basis.
Conducts and manages all calibrations requirements
Maintains records of equipment calibration.
Create programs on CMM and other lab equipment.
Supports and maintains quality calibration procedures to ensure production time is optimized.
Work alongside quality to ensure proper gauges are correct in areas of operation.
Must have the ability to train other QA and manufacturing personnel in the operation and handling of measuring equipment.
Adhere to guidelines and procedures to ensure the safe handling, removal, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

IT experience and certifications are preferred.

As a Project EngineeringTechnician I for Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE), you will be working under the immediate supervision/direction of a registered professional engineer. You will work as a team member alongside site managers and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services. Our special Inspections technicians play a critical role in the quality assurance for every construction project no matter how large or small. Special Inspections Technicians actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing along with the continuous monitoring of general contractor activities, which may include but are not limited to onsite testing and reporting of earthwork and soil construction; foundation/subgrade evaluation; reinforcing steel; concrete placements; masonry as well as asphalt testing. Special Inspections Technicians are also responsible for accurately preparing daily reports for submission to the assigned project engineer. These reports not only include your test results summary, but detailed construction site observations as well.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
Valid Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Driving history (3 years)
Ability to work outdoors on a construction site in all seasons and weather conditions for extended periods of time.
You must be self-motivated, able to efficiently work independently while completing scheduled tasks.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members, BLE leadership, clients, local, state, and federal authorities of all levels.
Must be detail oriented and work in a time conscious and time effective manner.
