General Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring that all machinery functions efficiently and meets safety standards.
Diagnose mechanical issues, malfunctions, and breakdowns in various machines and systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment to reduce the risk of breakdowns and to extend the life of machinery.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to properly assemble, install, or repair machinery.
Ensure machines and equipment are calibrated to correct specifications for optimal performance and quality output.
Conduct repairs and replace defective parts or components in machinery, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure machinery and work areas are kept clean and hazard-free, minimizing the risk of accidents.
Work closely with Maintenance teams and engineersto ensure integrationand operations of Machinery for the production process.
Keep track of spare parts and materials, ensuring necessary tools and parts are in stock and available for repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. Provide detailed reports to management on work completed and any potential issues and place part requests for items used.
Implement machine upgrades or modifications to improve functionality, efficiency, or safety in line with industry standards and company goals.
Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance to junior mechanics on machinery operation, safety standards, and maintenance practices.
Job Qualifications
Certification in Industrial Maintenance (e.g., NIMS, HVAC, or equivalent) is a plus.
Associate's degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

The Telecommunications/Electronics Technician will perform site surveys and document current site telecommunications configuration and user requirements.
The Technician will design and optimize telecommunications topologies, direct and lead development of engineering installation packages and project drawings, and develop equipment and system test plans. The Technician will be responsible for the development of the on-site installation schedules, mobilization of the telecommunications installation team, and will direct and lead documentation of the configuration changes at each site. This position is temporary for up to 60 days with an opportunity to transition to continuous full-time.
Responsibilities:
Perform surveys and assessments in accordance with the requirements for survey and design of LAN/WLAN upgrades identified in the latest design plan.
Perform pre-survey tasks to include:
Participate in the Same Page pre-deployment for Survey and Pre-Deployment Site Survey meetings.
Ensure personnel have the appropriate hard and soft copy drawings and programs to view, print and modify the drawings as needed.
Review all site-specific documentation including the historic site documentation.

Ensure all CMR/SEA cabinets, equipment racks, ladder rack, cable trays/baskets, and/or backbone conduits are properly bonded to the Primary Bonding Busbar (PBB) or Secondary Bonding Busbar (SBB).
Survey all power receptacle types, plug types, power distribution units (PDUs) and UPS systems supporting LAN/WLAN equipment. UPS make/model, size, age, current power load (percentage), serviceability, network monitoring capability, bonding/grounding and battery capacities shall be captured during the survey process.
Complete survey close-out activities after all survey activities and prior to the scheduled onsite out brief. Will require remaining onsite until Customer acceptance of close-out activities.
Education/Experience:
Must have 2 years of telecommunications /electronics vocational training or professional certification from an ABET accredited technical school or equivalent military school and 5 years' experience in two or more of the specialties identified. A substitution for training may be applied with 10 years of experience in two or more of these specialties.
Familiarity with the following technologies is required: Cisco, Juniper, or Ruckus, switches, wireless LAN controllers, and wireless access points/air monitors connected with CAT 5e/6 copper or single/multimode fiber. Additional equipment includes PDUs and UPS's.
IT/ADP Level I or IT/ADP Level II.
Proficient at trouble-shooting problems with telecommunications equipment to include system interfaces and power/ground issues.
Experience in troubleshooting and activating circuits and preparing test reports.

The Quality Technician position at FLUIDRA will be responsible (under limited supervision) for maintaining quality standards by reviewing, analyzing and disposition of incoming and in-process materials resulting from customer returned products (RMA Analysis) and/or internally rejected materials (MRB) from any area within the Supply Chain process (Receiving, manufacturing, warehouse / handling and inspection areas), recording any quality results and maintaining quality records per company policy. The QC Inspector shall be experienced in writing NCMR's (non-conforming material reports through Oracle preferably) and documenting Corrective Actions Reports for Quality Engineers as well as utilizing emails to communicate these rejections/CARs to buyers and Supplier's when needed.
This person will interact with material handlers on a day-to-day basis as well as with Receiving, Production Planning/Scheduling and Inventory Control teams to assure accurate and efficient processing/movement of non-conforming materials both physically and in the ERP system which will include acceptance and disposition into the appropriate sub-inventory location of products mainly via the FLUIDRA MRB Meetings. At the same time, this person will ensure both the RMA and MRB areas are appropriately organized and cleaned including accuracy of product as per Oracle inventory requirements.
This person will also support the Receiving Inspection area/process with material handling support to QC Inspectors when needed as well as visual inspections when materials require either sample or 100% inspections. Other duties or changes may apply depending on company/business needs. Additionally, you will:
Responsible for routinely conducting departmental Quality and/or Safety Audits
Perform inspections for compliance with specifications using blueprints, drawings, inspection procedures, and prior knowledge of fabrication methods to evaluate if deficiencies are present in systems, structures, assemblies, or parts.
Conduct in-process and final inspections at various checkpoints during maintenance activities. This includes installations or repairs of removed, disassembled, repaired, and assembled equipment; installation of structures, systems, and associated components; equipment to eliminate work hold-ups and rework; and to ensure conformance to specified requirements.
Interpret inspection acceptance/rejection criteria to identify discrepancies and non-conformances. Assemble pertinent information and materials necessary to effectively accomplish planning, scheduling, inspections, and reporting of inspection results. Interpretation and judgment of the acceptance/rejection of an item is based on a review of the work against the written requirements. Judgment and interpretation is based on training and experience.
Conduct training of lower level and same level inspection personnel by demonstrating the proper techniques for performing Quality Control inspection, interpreting inspection results, documenting inspection results, documenting non-conformances, and reviewing and closing out of completed work order tasks and associated inspection documentation.
Evaluate the adequacy of specific programs used to train and test inspection, examination, and testing personnel.
Develop, write, review, and approve inspection, examination, and testing procedures and evaluate the adequacy of such procedures to accomplish the inspection, examination, and test objectives.
Conduct surveillances, observations and submit reports and recommendations. Analyze data from surveillances and observations of work activities and documentation to identify problems. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reads blueprints and sets up various machines in proper working order.
Maintains various machines (both mechanical and/or CNC) in proper working order.
Repairs, remakes, or creates new tools as appropriate.
Checks work performed to ensure quality.
Read and follow Quality Control charts and make necessary adjustments to machines in order to comply with existing company policies of product quality assurance.
Ability to detect problems while machine is in operation.
Can complete complex set-ups and make difficult adjustments on a wide variety of machines in the department.
Use comparator and other equipment to test parts for quality.
Test parts using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Make and read SPC charts.
Check loads and rate of springs and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure that parts produced are within the customer's tolerance limits.
Train lower-level employees in using and understanding SPC.
Lifting requirement up to 45lbs.

What will you do in this role?

Move machines and equipment to the designated area using forklifts, hoists, and other equipment.
Install all types of conduit, making bends, threading, and reaming where necessary.

Perform general maintenance work in all buildings on Flexcon's campus
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements with industry best practices.

Skilled in reading and working from blueprints, drawings, and schematics to complete tasks.
