The Manufacturing Technician supports daily production of dietary supplement products, including equipment operation, process monitoring, and quality assurance under cGMP guidelines. You will troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform routine cleaning and changeovers, assist with batch record documentation, and uphold safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements specific to dietary supplements. Responsibilities Support daily production runs: monitor equipment, assist with setup/changeovers, and ensure production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards for dietary supplements. Operate and troubleshoot processing equipment as assigned; perform routine cleaning, calibration checks, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance to maintain optimum performance. Verify product quality and process parameters; document observations, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with batch records and SOPs.
