Qualifications
Two year technical school degree in CAD Design and Drawing.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
Experience:

• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Background in Healthcare design or understanding of Healthcare operations is a plus
• Experience in BlueBeam a plus

Responsibilities
1. Manage and organize all electronic drawing files, hard copies, blueprints, and "as-built" files, ensuring they are complete and up-to-date after project completion.
2. Works with outside vendors to revise electronic drawing files for new projects and to represent "as-built" situations.
3. Provides to-scale plots of any drawing files.
4. Help improve CAD/Revit templates, block libraries, and drawing workflows.
5. Maintain a structured archive of drawings, models, and building documentation for multiple facilities.
6. Oversee documentation version control, file naming conventions, and digital folder organization.
7. Gathers field dimensions and other data necessary to complete drawing projects.

14. Maintains records for space planning and adjust cost center information for reporting off of electronic drawing system.
15. Coordinates with finance department to change cost center information related to the electronic drawing program.
16. Conduct Site inspections to take and confirm measurements, document existing conditions and gather other field data necessary to maintain space planning and existing building drawings and documentation
17. Manages access for MHS staff for online systems related to the electronic drawing system.
18. Develop space test fits, blocking diagrams, and early-stage conceptual plans that explore multiple layout options.
19. Translate meeting notes, stakeholder feedback, and functional requirements into clear visual plans that support decision-making.
20. Work collaboratively with project managers to refine layouts, explore alternatives, and adjust plans based on clinical workflows, building infrastructure, equipment needs, and regulatory guidelines.
21. Performs other related work as required or requested.

+ **Software Validation/Verification for Electronic Systems:** Verify functionality of a feature or control system algorithm on a HIL [Hardware in the Loop] simulator bench or a SIL [Software in the loop] system. Understand requirements of the feature and/or the schematics of the controller / control system, verify functionality and debug/report anomalies to the development team and help validate fixes.

Role Summary In this role, you will operate non-contact laser scanning equipment (CMM/Romer) effectively in order to control processes, or to assist with problem solving while maintaining sensitive metrology equipment to ensure performance of the devices. The opening is located at our Normal, IL facility and reports directly to the Group Lead, Metrology. Responsibilities Utilize advanced metrology equipment to control processes and solve problems. Support manufacturing team equipment and process capability analysis Execute product and process validation / inspection plans. Assist in performing and teaching all processes and assignments within the department, with the ability to fill in as needed. Identify and contain suspect defective material. Inspect, test or measure components, products and materials being produced. Report inspection and test data. Continually work to control and improve manufacturing processes performance. Responsible to participate in quality related continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects. Develop, maintain, and improve the quality culture within responsible area. May need to perform other duties as needed. Operate a piece of metrology equipment (CMM, Portable scanners) to assess a vehicle part adherence to print. Basic GD&T skills - Knowledge of symbols and how to apply those in the inspection program. The user can make simple measurement programs in metrology software (Polyworks, Zeiss, GOM Suite). Basic knowledge of Dataloop and navigating through it. Basic knowledge of tooling fixtures and datum schemes. User can calibrate and acquire scan data with ATOS sensor, portable scanners with minimal guidance. Users can run pre-programmed templates in metrology software (Polyworks, Zeiss, GOM Suite). Users can interpret and explain the CMM reports to engineers. Should be capable of creating fixture setup with Zeiss or similar tooling kits to measure parts on CMM. User can inspect smaller assemblies (closures, sub-assemblies) with some guidance using either Polyworks or GOM Inspect. Experience with MS office-Excel, word. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Illinois Based Applicants: $28 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
