Job Purpose and Impact
The Principal, Cyber Engineering & Technology Operations leads the strategic design, implementation and improvement of cybersecurity protective technologies within the organization. As a recognized subject matter authority in cyber engineering and technology operations, this role provides thought leadership for maintaining the security and integrity of enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks, safeguarding operations technologies, and overseeing various information technology service management interfaces. This role will have a primary focus on data, endpoint and AI security.
Key Accountabilities
CYBERSECURITY TECHNOLOGIES: Leads and mentors the design, implementation and improvement of cybersecurity protective technologies, including endpoint detection and response, cloud infrastructure controls, and network protections.
TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT: Leads and mentors endpoint detection and response, cloud infrastructure controls, wide area network, partner gateways, interconnect protections, operations technologies, internet of things security, email, collaboration tools, and office applications, assessing and preparing for potential risks, finding systemic compliance gaps and root cause resolution, and recommending improvement proposals, including cost benefit analysis.
CO-CREATION WITH IT OPERATIONS: Leads the co-creation with internal cross functional teams on shared infrastructure initiatives to improve cybersecurity measures.
IT SERVICE MANAGER INTERFACES: Advises the operation of all information technology service management interfaces, including asset, change, configuration, problem, and request management, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
RESEARCH SECURITY NEEDS: Research highly complex system security needs for operations development, including security requirements definition, risk assessment and systems analysis.
SECURITY POLICIES: Performs highly complex analysis and establishes security policy, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
INCIDENT RESPONSE: Leads highly complex incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience.
COLLABORATION: Influences to foster collaboration with cybersecurity peers, data privacy partners, external experts, industry consortia, and other internal and external parties to enable effective and efficient cybersecurity protective technologies and the delivery of business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience deploying and running Microsoft Purview, Information Rights Management.
Proven expertise in email and email protection methodology.
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first. As part of your overall rewards, we offer a comprehensive benefit program including medical and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered and hours worked. Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

Job Functions:
Setup all Packaging Line equipment for the game.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Verify that equipment are running at maximum capacity.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine root cause for non-peak performance.
Communicate maintenance issues to proper maintenance personnel and request assistance when needed to minimize downtime.
Assist Material Handler to stage rolls if requirement.
Assist Machine Operators as needed to maximize output.
Follow 5S and LEAN concept as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Volumetric air content testing requires repeated swinging of the 30-pound concrete-filled test device from knee-level to head-level.
Soil Density Testing: The technician must be able to repeatedly drop a 25-pound drop slide hammer to drive sampling tubes into the ground and then manually excavate the sampling tubes back out of the ground with mattock and shovel.
Must be able to load and unload a 90-pound case containing a nuclear density gauge and carry the 50-pound nuclear density gauge by hand for up to 50 yards over uneven ground.
Hand Auger and Penetrometer: Must be able to manually hand auger down to 10 feet into soil to obtain samples and perform portable dynamic cone penetrometer testing. The hand auger may require up to 50 pounds of pull to remove it from wet soil conditions. The total weight of the dynamic cone penetrometer ranges from 20 to 40 pounds. Operation of the penetrometer requires repeated raising and dropping of the 15 pound slide weight.

Essential Functions:
+ Work in the maintenance department to keep equipment running efficiently and implement improvements to different machinery in the textile industry.
+ Troubleshoot / maintain plant production equipment including programs, and communications.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and program DC drives, motors and equipment.
+ Troubleshoot, repair AC motors, controls and associated equipment.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and program variable frequency drives (VFD) and associated equipment.
+ Troubleshoot / program PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and operator interface equipment.
+ Maintain plant power distribution systems.
+ Maintain plant utility equipment (HVAC, air compressors, RTO, etc.)
+ Electrical and mechanical installation of new equipment.
+ Other duties as assigned.

As a Project EngineeringTechnician I for Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE), you will be working under the immediate supervision/direction of a registered professional engineer. You will work as a team member alongside site managers and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services. Our special Inspections technicians play a critical role in the quality assurance for every construction project no matter how large or small. Special Inspections Technicians actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing along with the continuous monitoring of general contractor activities, which may include but are not limited to onsite testing and reporting of earthwork and soil construction; foundation/subgrade evaluation; reinforcing steel; concrete placements; masonry as well as asphalt testing. Special Inspections Technicians are also responsible for accurately preparing daily reports for submission to the assigned project engineer. These reports not only include your test results summary, but detailed construction site observations as well.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
Valid Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Driving history (3 years)
Ability to work outdoors on a construction site in all seasons and weather conditions for extended periods of time.
You must be self-motivated, able to efficiently work independently while completing scheduled tasks.
