General Purpose:
Supports automation engineering services activities such as hardware and software design and development (non-production).
Principle Accountabilities:
· Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation/robotic system components
· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components and return to serviceability
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance actions on all subsystems and related components
· Ensure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment are completed on a regularly scheduled basis.

This is a field position that requires out of town assignments that may include working 6-7 days per week. This includes having to stay in hotels for extended periods. All travel expenses are covered for out of town assignment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and document construction activities at solid waste landfill facilities including field inspection and testing of soils and geosynthetic liners.
Supervise and complete construction quality assurance and construction quality control activities in several states, including the construction of landfill components and other environmental control systems.
Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials (e.g. soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel).
Communicate with project manager, engineeringtechnicians, client representative, contractor's representative and others as applicable regarding the construction site, project requirements, and testing, observation, and inspection requirements and results.
Transport material samples with associated identifying documentation to the laboratory for further testing and analysis.
Tabulate, prepare, and submit data and observation in the form of written and digital reports as work is performed for daily transmittal to the Weaver Project Manager.
Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles and work areas.
Adhere to strict safety standards.
Under close supervision of higher level technicians or staff professionals, assist on tasks and perform basic testing and observations duties.
Provide clear documentation of findings and results.

Job Description
To support the Quality Department's ability to achieve its goals. This includes accurately and timely auditing of company process, incoming material, work-in-process and customer shipments to achieve PAC Quality and Business objectives and to comply with AS 9100 standards.

Qualifications
Perform first article (FAIR) tasks including documentation and reports.
Perform 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges and CMM equipment according to PAC standards and AS 9100 procedures.
Submit PPAP documents.
Perform incoming inspection tasks according to AS 9100 procedures.
Perform final inspection and shipping tasks according to AS 9100 procedures.
Perform process audits and follow-up with corrective actions.
Ensure the quality of all material meets customer specifications through applicable quality policies, procedures and instructions.
Cross train across multiple departments
Perform data collection and communication tasks in ERP system and other applications.
Perform miscellaneous quality-related clerical duties.
Comply with all PAC policies.

Your responsibilities
* Perform preventive and planned maintenance jobs as requested by Shift Maintenance supervisor, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Planner.
* Maintaining and repairing the electrical network and devices of the facility.
* Maintaining and repairing of lighting systems of the facility
* Tests malfunctioning machinery and discusses with other maintenance team members to repair said malfunction.
* Replaces faulty electrical components of machines such as relays, switches, motors, and positions sensing devices.
* Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards.
* Active participation in planned plant shut downs to determine the electrical maintenance requirements of systems and devices within the facility.
The experience we're looking for
* Journeyman electrical license (required)
* 5+ years of working with electrical/electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
* Must be able to work nights
* Strong knowledge of packaging, liquid and powder processing (preferred)
* An understanding of maintenance best practices, safety, quality, cost, HACCP, GMP and regulatory compliance (preferred).
* Strong analytical and people skills are necessary in this position.
