Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. * Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams to avoid conflicts. * Perform clash detection and resolve design issues in collaboration with engineers and other trades. * Create detailed electrical layouts, including conduit routing, lighting plans, and panel schedules. * Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, BIM execution plans). * Assist in developing and implementing BIM workflows and best practices. * Update and manage BIM files, families, and templates to improve efficiency. * Support project teams in extracting 2D drawings and schedules from 3D models.
