Diagnose and resolve issues with 480V electrical systems, VFDs, HMIs, and analog sensors.
Utilize FactoryTalk View Studio for HMI programming and troubleshooting.
Interpret work orders, blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals to execute tasks efficiently.
Uphold strict safety standards, including Lock-out Tag-out and GMPs.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma required; technical certifications or an electrical degree are advantageous.
10+ years of hands-on electrical experience with industrial equipment.
Background in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments.
Familiarity with packaging, palletizing, and fluid process equipment.
At least 3 years of direct experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs (RSLogix 500 & Studio 5000); familiarity with Schneider PLCs is a plus.
Strong background in 480V electrical systems, VFDs, HMIs, and analog sensor technology.
Experience with FactoryTalk View Studio.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
Compensation Range: $40/hr-$42/hr + Overtime
Overtime: Potential to work 5-10 hours of overtime per week
Shifts: 1st shift and 2nd shift available

What you'll do:
- Assemble and wire custom test systems based on engineering schematics and layouts
- Support tester builds, harness fabrication, and hardware integration
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with standards
- Perform troubleshooting, verification, and documentation of completed setups
