Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IE Shift Technician to join our team. The IE Shift Technician works as part of the maintenance team to support plant operations and ensure equipment availability and proper functioning. The IE Shift Technician must be knowledgeable of and follow GMPs and all applicable SOPs. They work closely with shift operators, mechanics, and management for placement, repair, and preventative maintenance of process and safety equipment. IE Shift Technicians are required to trouble shoot electrical and electronic systems to resolve problems encountered during operation and restore the system to an operational state. This is a rotating shift position, including nights, weekends and holidays. Job Duties Participates in American Chrome Chemical safety program Troubleshoots equipment breakdowns and restores operation on electrical power distribution, instrument control and mechanical systems. Troubleshoots and restores operation on pumps, fans, filters, piping, valving, drives, PM's, inspections, agitators and/or bulk handling systems. Conducts routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems in both the process and utility areas. Performs preventive maintenance for all equipment.
