DRUG MANUFACTURING TECH Hours Monday - Friday 10: 00am - 2: 30pm Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment. Accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients and combining them into a blend. Keeps the equipment and facility clean and in a state of good repair. Participates in the completion of work orders, including batch record documentation per cGMP (current good manufacturing process). Accurately follows and completes documentation with minimal errors or corrections. Completes training, including cGMP and safety training in a timely manner. Must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Entry level HSD or GED equivalent required.

This position is great for an engineering technician who loves the craft beverage industry and who is excellent at drafting in 3D. You'll help draft 3D models for the design and engineering of our projects and product offerings, which include all production equipment used in craft beverage production plants, such as milling equipment, brewhouses, cellar tanks, heating sources (low-pressure steam boilers, forced-air burners, and electric heaters), glycol chillers, and packaging equipment. Occasionally, you might need to oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Draft P&IDs, plant layout drawings, product design drawings, product manuals, and fabrication drawings in 2D and 3D CAD, laying out, and specifying technical devices, parts, and equipment, primarily using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Work with brewers and the engineering team to provide equipment recommendations and to provide advice on the use of products. Occasionally travel to job sites for installation and repair. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements. Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information. Help develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs. Job DescriptionSalary: The Field Engineer Intern will assist the Superintendent team with day-to-day tasks related to managing site activities and assisting with special projects. This position reports to the Superintendent or Superintendent to which they are assigned and has no direct reports. This positions work may also be directed by Assistant Superintendents, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers. Essential Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in developing the contractors Requests for Information (RFI), submittals, and the responses to these items. Assist with project layout, calculations, and checking of work to confirm work is in conformance with plans and specifications. Lead work crews on specific construction tasks. Assist in implementation and monitoring of safety plans. Track change order production. Assisting Superintendents with safety, jobsite cleanliness, etc., as requested. Performing timely completion of project close out activities. Operation of light equipment. Miscellaneous carpentry tasks performed. Education Qualifications: Sophomore, Junior or Senior working towards BS in Construction Management or related field.
